Our Tier 2 bartenders are required to step away from the bar to assist with clearing, table setups, and plated service (e.g., with a Michelin chef), then return to the bar as needed. This approach allows you to utilize fewer staff, making your event more cost-efficient and ensuring the most effective use of your time.
